FRAMEZ – 2022 (Photography Exhibition, Drawing Competition & RJ Hunt)

The school of media studies, Department of Visual Communication conducted FRAMEZ – 2022 (Photography Exhibition, Drawing Competition & RJ Hunt)

on the theme “GENESIS” on 28^th October 2022. Many Media department students showcased their photographic skills for the photography exhibition. The exhibition was inaugurated by Dr.S. Thirumagan, Principal of HCAS. Dr.S. Illanjiyam, Vice Principal Academics & Research and Mr. Samuel Sampath Kumar, Vice Principal, Admin at 10 am in the morning. The department also conducted RJ Hunt and drawing competition for the students of other departments. Mr.Velmurugan, Film director, writer and actor was the Chief guest of the Valedictory Function at 2 pm in Newton hall. He judged the photos of the exhibition along with the dignitaries. Our Principal Dr.S.Thirumagan, welcomed the gathering. Dr. Susan Marthandan, Director, HCAS felicitated the event with a speech. Dr.S. Illanjiyam, Vice Principal introduced the chief guest. Then the chief guest interacted with the students and shared some of his life experiences. The prizes were distributed by the chief guest along with the Director to the winners. The cash prize allotted for first place was Rs.1000, second place was Rs.750 and third place was Rs.500. The vote of thanks was presented by Mrs. B. Saranya Head of the Department, Visual Communication.
